ABSENCE POLICY AT THE CLINIC YOU

The YOU team makes a daily effort to meet the needs of all our patients when it comes to booking appointments and providing the most convenient schedules and vacancies.

The day before your appointment, you will ALWAYS receive a call from our team reminding you of your appointment and confirming your appointment. Making an appointment means that the medical team will be waiting for you at the time agreed and reserved for you. Thus, cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or missed appointments make it impossible for another patient to have a place available, which affects the smooth running of the clinic and the speeding up of medical appointments.

Following these occurrences, we inform you that the amount of €50 will be charged before a new appointment can be made.

We know that unforeseen events happen so we consider 1 lack of tolerance to the application of this standard.

For information on your absenteeism, please contact the reception.

We are sure of your understanding and always aiming to maintain an excellent service to all those who entrust us with their smiles and their time.

The 1st time consultations are subject to a pre-booking of 60€ deductible in the value of the evaluation consultation. These appointments will also be confirmed with the patient the day before the appointment and can be rescheduled without prejudice to the credit values. In case of confirmation of the appointment and no-show or cancellation with less than 12 hours notice, the amount in credit will not be refunded.
